I think many agents in our area do well with photos for their listings, but occasionally effort, thought, or skill is not evident.

As listing agents Neil Haverly and/or I move things around a little to capture the best possible presentation of the home we are marketing.

Details matter in a photo, like a visible trash can, cereal boxes on the fridge, a toilet seat left up, or even too many cute things can clutter a good pic. 

Taking a few minutes to eye a room through the lense is so important. 

With today's home buyer, the pictures of the home are really the 1st showing. The visit to the home is actually the 2nd showing!

Just like you want your "Selfie" or Photo to accent your best features or diminish your least favorite, you want your home to be seen at its best.

The listing pictures need to make your home stand out and put your home into the competition. Your home needs to make the cut when the buyers choose the homes they want to see.

The best service a listing agent can give their seller is highlighting the best in a home, starting with the pics. 

As a seller be prepared as best as you can for picture day. Put your best foot forward. Its like senior picture day at school to be feature in the high school year book! 

Let your agent know your favorite features or views, chances are a buyer will love and appreciate those as well. 

Your agent can make the pictures of your home say 1000 words!
