Neil Haverly has been a full time Realtor since 2004. Prior to his career in real estate, Neil managed a number of different businesses, the most recent being a repair facility where he increased the company’s profitability by 500% in under three years. Neil specializes in helping his clients identify their goals by asking the thought provoking questions many real estate agents are afraid to ask. Once their goals are brought to light, Neil puts together a strategic plan to assist his clients in reaching their goals in real estate whether this is the first time home owner, the new investor just starting out, or the seasoned investor developing a wealth building portfolio. Neil believes that education is paramount to success and has completed an intensive Advanced Individual Training Series covering a variety of topics from marketing listings for a quick sale to negotiating contracts and helping sellers in danger of foreclosure. Neil has also been trained by many of the best in the real estate field, such as Johnny Loewy, Joe Stumpf, Jeff Lobb, Alex Szinegh, and Dean Jackson. To further his knowledge of related fields he has also studied wealth strategies under the tutelage of David Kiyosaki, time management and goal setting with Brian Tracey, as well as personal development with Tony Robbins. Neil has had the honor of being recognized at EXIT as the top listing and production agent in 2006, 2007 and 2008. He is a member in good standing of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), Pennsylvania Association of Realtors (PAR), Suburban West Realtor Association (SWRA), Exton Region Chamber of Commerce (ERCC), as well as the By Referral Only community (BRO).
In Neil’s time off he is an avid reader of books on history, world events, and cultural studies. Raising three lovely daughters with his extremely beautiful and talented wife of twenty years and business partner, Kathy Haverly, you can imagine the many activities that they partake in. Originally from the Village of Gulph Mills, Neil has been a lifetime resident of Pennsylvania living in Western, Central, and back to his roots of Eastern PA.
